* The product arrived damaged, punctured, or compromised during transit.

How to claim a reshipment:

2. Customer Errors & Opened Products (No Returns/Refunds)

Because HoodonYou products are designed for oral consumption, **we strictly cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any opened, unsealed, or tasted products** due to health and safety regulations.

We do not offer refunds or standard returns for customer-side reasons, including but not limited to:

* “I do not like the flavor I ordered.”

* “I accidentally ordered the wrong flavor/quantity.”

* “I changed my mind after opening the product.”

3. Our Customer Care Compensation (Flavor Insurance)

We want you to find your perfect flavor vibe! If you purchased a product by mistake or simply found that a specific flavor wasn’t your personal favorite after opening it, while we cannot accept a physical return, we still want to take care of you.

4. Cancellation Policy
